How To Save Word 2010 File As PDF

to pdf

Office 2010 lets you convert your documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations to PDF.

Step 1: Click the File tab

Step 2: Select Save & SendSelect Create PDF/XPS Documents > Select Create PDF/XPS

word-to-pdf

Step 3: Write the name you want for the file and then click the Publish button to create PDF.

Is there any way to save Excel or Powerpoint file into PDF format?

The answer is yes. Follow the same guidelines in Excel and PowerPoint 2010 and you will get the same result.

Thank you very much for showing it with pictures step-by-step. I have searched 3 other sites and they were not as clear and as simple as your site. Very much appreciated.

@Fred Cook: That may happen because the software you are using to open the pdf files is set to open the .pdf as 139% zoom. Just go to the preferences of the software that you are using to open pdf file and set the default size to 100% and you will be fine.

When I convert to the PDF document and then send it to myself, this is it, but again it doesn't open!

So people are not able to see my resume.

It's driving me crazy and I'm losing chances for interviews and jobs.
