To remove all hyper-links from Word document that comes with copied text from website. There is a simple way to remove all hyper-links from word file.

To remove all hyper-links form word file at once:

Step 1: Select all text by pressing Ctrl+A and then press Ctrl+Shift+F9 all hyper-links will be removed at once.

The links colour and formatting will not change you need to do it using Clear Formatting command.

  1. method does not work on images. You have to do images one by one

  2. when I follow these directions, all that happens is that my computer screen goes blank, as that is what Ctl-sh-f9 does on my computer (lenovo). is there another way that is not computer dependent?
